Since 2010, Rebecca has been supporting leaders and leaderships teams in various PSF sectors to help them improve their collective performance, design and implement innovative strategies, collaborate across silos and collectively transform their business.
As a former international finance lawyer with Allen & Overy in London and Paris, she knows and understands fast-paced and highly pressured organisational contexts. She has also experienced the specific leadership challenges which «herding cats» entail in leading senior professionals.
Rebecca has a warm and direct personal style and tailors the level of support and challenge that she provides to the needs of every leader and senior team that she works with. She is equally at ease working at strategic and operational levels
Rebecca is a professionally trained organisational consultant (CIPD), an accredited senior level coach (PCC), a certified systemic team coach (AoEC) and is certified to use a number of psychometric tools (including Hogan, Collaboration Accelerator, TMA and 360° Team Connect.
Her expertise and background as a senior accredited executive coach was formed after several years of training and mentor coaching with PCI in London, founded by the father of modern coaching Sir John Whitmore.
Rebecca is Franco-British, she is based between Paris and London and works with clients internationally, both face to face and virtually.
She is the editor of four books published by Globe Law and Business in partnership with the International Bar Associa.
