•Ensuring a clear commission for the leader and the leadership team and looking at the interpersonal and team dynamics as well as the team culture
•Data delivery to the team leader and then a retreat or meeting with the whole team.
•Contracting on what the team has to deliver and designing on how to tackle the required changes.
•Defining Team KPIs, Goals, Objectives and engaging all critical Stakeholders
•Individual and team leadership coaching sessions over a designated period of time, observations and feedback, facilitative interventions, educational inputs, role modelling and review mechanisms to achieve the new team interactions and objectives
