She believes that senior teams have an enormous power to lead breakthrough change and help organisations address the many challenges that we face. Tackling the unprecedented levels of complexity requires leaders to work together with new levels of connections, systemic thinking and collective leadership.

Rebecca's work draws on OD consulting, executive and systemic team coaching. She collaborates with a limited number of leaders and leadership teams at any given time enabling her to build close partnerships with them over a designated period of time.
